**About the Position**

We are looking for a highly motivated, communicative Presales/Tele-calling Executive to manage our client accounts and seamlessly handle our pre-sales process.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full life cycle of pre-sales process.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and assist with customer inquiries; field and follow up with concerns and inquiries of clients and customers.
- Co-ordinate with clients for site visits.
- Make and answer calls and explain details and specifications of projects offered by the company.
- Liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

**Qualifications**
- A skilled communicator, able to converse in English.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective and strong communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Female Employees Preferred
- Age - Below 30 Preferred
- Previous experience in handling inbound and outbound calling is Preferred.

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Salary**: 15K to 28K per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
