Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal IT teams, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient task execution in the implementation of Odoo ERP modules.
Outsourcing Management: Identify areas where outsourcing is beneficial, select appropriate vendors, and manage external resources to integrate seamlessly with internal teams for Odoo ERP projects.
Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions in Odoo ERP implementations.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations, to ensure transparency and facilitate future project planning.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong understanding of Odoo ERP implementations.
Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
