**Experience - 12+ years**

Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby. Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Django, or Ruby on Rails. Proficient in database management systems, SQL, and query optimization. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code repositories.
