Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to support administrative needs.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
