Collection Executive

Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.

1. He Will Call customers for payment follow ups
2. He will visit the customer for recovering the payments
3. He will Correspond with the legal team for cases which have gone to the court
4. He will maintain records of collections and inform management about the cases which are not healthy

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, North West - 110009, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
- Collection: 3 years (required)
