**Must have strong written and spoken English skills**:

- Performing initial assessment of information and/or documents;
- Requesting and assigning documents to clients and reviewing the documents submitted;
- Manage and prioritize caseload to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conducting research of government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents/immigration forms are being used

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and maintain client files
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are met
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing relevant information for case assessment
- Excellent Interpersonal, customer relation and communication skills.

**Applicants Must Have: -**
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in processing immigration cases;
- Strong drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests.
- Good understanding of the Canadian immigration system and programs.
- Ability to work independently, conduct online research if required.
- Commitment to respond to inquiries within a short time and adhere to strict schedules.
