**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Experience in Financial training and banking background is an added advantage.

Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning. Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Solid communication and presentation abilities. Additional certification in training is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding the requirement of the learner, identifying the potential and learning ability of new joiners, and accordingly preparing and modifying the curriculum.
- Finalizing pre-screening tests for the learners. Conducting interviews of the learners on the base skill.
- Conducting end-to-end training on the given curriculum
- Ensuring the quality delivery and preparing trainees as per the requirement

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
