A Graduate Trainee will be trained in the marine operations for our service Blue Water Optimum Speed Services (BOSS). The training/probation period will be of three months. His/Her job entail the following responsibilities:
1). Involved in the day-to-day activities of marine operations team, ensuring the compliance for contractual requirements through adherence to all operational procedures, processes, and policies

2). Identify potential or recurring problems, explore opportunities for improvements, and take appropriate action.

3). Mentoring and training other employees, if required.

4). Analysis and monitoring of operational data

He/She supports the Operations team and work closely with their Line Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of all Operational task. The role involves a fast moving and changing environment and Operators will work alongside a diverse group of people. The work is varied and requires that individuals develop a thorough understanding of many aspects of the shipping and oil trading business.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Conduct all daily operational activities promptly and professionally ensuring that all obligations and requirements are met.
- Expected to have a commercial mindset and create value while sending recommendations to the vessels.
- Ensure compliance of all the KPIs and standard Operating Procedure.
- Assist and monitor the marine operations team in daily tasks.
- Data review and report making for the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
