Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of guests and visitors.
- Handle guest relations, providing exceptional customer service to address their needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, both physical and digital.
- Oversee travel desk functions, including booking travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries.
- 1-5 years of experience in receptionist or front office roles.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle diverse personalities effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
