Accounts Executive - Electrical Panel Manufacturing

Job Title: Accounts Executive with Banking Knowledge
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Accounts Manager / CFO / Finance Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally or other ERP systems.
- Record journal entries, ledger postings, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

**2. Banking Operations**:

- Handle bank transactions such as NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, cheque deposits, and inward/outward remittances.
- Coordinate with banks for LC issuance, negotiation, amendments, and settlements.
- Manage BG issuance, renewals, and tracking expiry/compliance dates.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

**3. Taxation & Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory dues.
- Maintain compliance with statutory obligations including audit schedules, tax payments, and financial disclosures.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, and bank statements.
- Generate reports related to receivables, payables, cash flows, and bank balances.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit reports.

**5. Coordination & Support**:

- Coordinate with purchase, sales, and stores departments for invoice matching and documentation.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers for payment follow-ups and documentation requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance
- Preferred: Certification or training in banking operations, Tally, GST, etc.

**Experience**:

- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in an accounts role within a manufacturing or trading firm
- Practical experience in handling banking instruments (LC/BG), GST, and Tally is essential

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, LC/BG procedures, and banking documentation
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
