About HireRight:
Overview:
**Data Architect**

**Bangalore, India**

**Hybrid**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engages the in-house data warehouse and the integration of enterprise tools to create bespoke analysis and insights
- Supports and nurtures a data environment that empowers users to be creative and collaborative
- Analysis and design of data culling from multiple data sources, including collaboration with business process owners
- Establishment of most efficient transfer of data, includes recommendations for hardware and software
- Ability to implement scale-able data storage design and architecture with an emphasis on Cloud
- Models flexible table structures that promote efficient data extraction capable of supporting exponential growth with new customers
- Enable data translations to support optimal data loading performance
- Collaborate with HireRight Security team and EDM to address any log-in design needs
- Collaborate with EDM team to drive seamless integration from beginning to end, bringing together both HireRight Cloud/Oracle/Microsoft data environments.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in working with cross-technical and/or cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or report development
- 2+ years of experience implementing data architectures with Cloud Technology
- Analytical & problem solver
- Able to plan, design and create data modelingconcepts based on requirements gathered from business review/discussions
- SQL, MS-SQL, PL-SQL experience
- SAP Data Services/Informatica (or comparable) experience
- Able to extract and uncover insights from complex multi-dimensional data and identify relevant patterns using basic analytical concepts
- Familiar with database design and some programming methodology
- Able to determine the best ways to organize and present information at scale
- Knowledge of end-to-end services spanning across the full-stack of front-end, middleware, and backend systems
- Data mining skills with a level of internal and external client education and support
- Experience with python a plus
- Understanding of Power BI/Tableau a plus
- Knime experience a plus
- Some QA experience a plus
