- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health conditions, and post-discharge care.
- Support diagnostic tests and lab work, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Attend professional development and training to stay updated on healthcare advancements.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and appointments while ensuring proper documentation.

Qualification Required:

- B.Sc Nursing or Diplomo in Nursing with 2 year experience.
- Freshers are welcome for entry-level positions; prior clinical experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting for senior nursing roles.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting patients and standing for extended periods.
