Footwear Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and CADs for footwear designs across various categories (e.g., casual, sports, fashion).
- Develop tech packs with complete specifications for sampling and production.
- Collaborate closely with product developers, sample makers, and sourcing teams.
- Translate design concepts into functional and manufacturable footwear products.
- Work on colorways, material selection, and component detailing.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from internal teams and factories.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical footwear design.
- Proficient in **Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator**.
- Strong knowledge of footwear construction, patterns, and materials.
- Ability to create accurate and clear technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Familiarity with 3D design tools (optional but a plus).
- Previous experience working with overseas manufacturers or development teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
