**Negotiation and Contracting**: Engaging with shipping carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers to negotiate favourable terms and rates for the movement of goods.
- **Documentation**: Ensuring that all necessary shipping and customs documentation is accurate and complete. This includes bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other required paperwork.
- **Customs Compliance**: Staying up-to-date with international trade regulations and customs procedures to ensure shipments comply with local laws and regulations.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinating the entire logistics process, including scheduling, tracking, and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- **Client Communication**: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their shipping requirements, providing updates on shipment status, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to transportation, such as delays, damages, or customs issues.
- **Market Research**: Keeping abreast of market trends, carrier capabilities, and changes in international shipping regulations to provide clients with the most cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process, including delays, damages, or customs clearance problems.
- **Cost Analysis**: Conducting cost analyses to determine the most cost-effective shipping solutions for clients while maintaining quality and reliability.
- **Networking**: Building and maintaining relationships with shipping carriers, customs officials, and other industry professionals to stay informed about industry changes and opportunities.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
