**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Identifying new village-Village survey.

2. Client Acquisition.

3. KYC validation.

4. Data Entry of Customer Details on Application System.

5. Check the Credit Bureau Report of customer and process those who passed the CB Report

6. Uploading mandatory KYC and documents for processing the loan in software.

7. Explaining the key features of product -Compulsory group training (CGT).

8. Complete CGT/ client file for GRT.

9. Meeting monthly sales target.

10. Timely Collections of Monthly Instalments as per schedule
- Conducting centre meeting.

11. Meeting the customer on regular basis to build report.

**Qualifications**
- Must be a 10+2 (Any Degree)
- Must have bike and DL.
- Age must be Minimum 20 Years and Max 28 Years

**Working conditions**
- Should be comfortable in Field Working
- Increment & Promotions based solely on the performance.
- Home location should be 70 km from branch location.
