**Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calls**: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Inbound Call Handling**: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through telemarketing efforts.
- **Customer Engagement**: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- **Follow-Up**: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.
- **Sales Goals**: Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- **Script Adherence**: Following communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions quickly and professionally.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
- **CRM Updates**: Keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with accurate customer information.
