We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven **Social Media & Ads Strategist** to take ownership of our social media presence and paid advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and ROI across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-backed social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track growth, engagement, and ROI
- Work closely with the design and content teams to produce engaging creatives and ad copies
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to optimize performance
- Manage budgets for paid campaigns and ensure cost-efficiency
- Monitor competitor strategies and provide insights to keep the brand competitive
- Engage with the community, respond to DMs/comments, and support brand voice consistency
- Collaborate on campaign ideation, launches, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visual appeal, and brand consistency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
