- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize analytics and data insights to inform strategies, measure campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, allocating resources strategically to the most effective channels and tactics.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment. Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and learnings to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Market Trends**: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising, incorporating innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on direct response campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for wellness, yoga, and health-related fields is a plus.

- This is a performance-oriented role; salary will be competitive and based on achieved results.
