Job Role & Responsibilities
- Min 4 - 8 Year Project Coordination Experience Required.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for engineers, ensuring site-specific activities are arranged in advance.
- Monitor and record the daily attendance of engineers to ensure timely presence at work sites.
- Compile and submit daily reports detailing the engineers' activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting milestones achieved and any potential delays.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure resources and materials for new projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain and update data related to ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for project stakeholders.
- Develop and implement annual maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of project installations.
- Prepare and deliver reports to vendors regarding the status and requirements of current projects.
- Address and allocation customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Qualifications: Technical Education Preferred
- Key Skills Required: Strong communication skills, Take Ownership, Solution & Result Oriented
