- Procurement and Maintenance of Stationery, Grocery and other Office Items.
- Booking of Tickets ( Bus, Train, Flight etc ) and Hotels
- Supervision of Office boys and Housekeeping persons
- Credit card Management ( Maintenance of record and Payment before Due date )
- Petty Cash Handling
- Verification of Invoices like Courier, Mobile, Telephone etc and Timely payment of the same.
- Maintenance of Records of Organization Property given to employees
- Insurance Renewal and Coordination for Claim Settlement ( Car, Accidental, Mediclaim, WC etc )
- Other General Administration Work etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
