Job Title: HR Admin Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies, order inventory, and oversee the office environment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist senior staff with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Draft and send communications on behalf of the team or executives.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Organize company events, conferences, or team-building activities.
- Arrange catering, book venues, and prepare materials for meetings or events.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the department.
- Track project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
