**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support marketing and IT operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business strategies.
- Utilize predictive analytics to improve campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance business capabilities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all platforms and projects.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for improving marketing strategies and product performance.
- Continuously monitor and refine models to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
- Solid understanding of AI, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in marketing analytics, consumer behavior modeling, or digital campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) and API integrations.
- Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI (e.g., Google, IBM, or Coursera).
