**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and manage incoming phone calls via the office’s IP phone system
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both in-person and virtual.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client records in the firm’s database or CRM system.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Maintain organized filing systems for client records and office documentation on online portal.
- Monitor and track project progress using tools like Microsoft Planner or other project management software.
- Assist in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Utilize tools such as AI-generated meeting transcripts to prepare detailed notes.
- Manage scheduling tools and ensure meetings are aligned with the team’s calendar.
- Perform light tech-related tasks, such as updating data in software like Drake Tax or bookkeeping systems.
- Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Help the team with any additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or support role, preferably within a CPA or professional services firm.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and bookkeeping software (preferred). Accounting backround are plus point.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

**Preferred Skills and benefits**

- Working time: Indian Standard Time 9:30 Am to 07:00Pm.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
