**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling patient questions on call, online inquiries, and Live Chat.
- Coordinating with Doctors Coordinators and Hospital Unit.
- Handling specific software's i.e. HIS, E-Clinic, CRM etc.
- Maintaining Patient database on CRM.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
- Excellent Patient/Customer service and sales skill.
- Proficiency in CRM and Sales software.
- Strong communication skills
- including both verbal and written
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Great interpersonal skills and team work ability
- Good analytical skills and quick thinking
- Positive, pro-active, motivated with can-do attitude

**Desired Qualification**

Up to one year of experience in healthcare \ service industry \ BPO

**Salary**: ₹252,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
