Shishu Sarothi is setting up inclusive Learning Centres near SSA Model Schools in Guwahati to support primary-grade children (Grades 1-3) struggling academically—especially those with disabilities. The centres will offer remedial education along with life skills and social-emotional learning to help children thrive in school and beyond.

**Role Summary**:
We’re seeking committed **Field Workers** to deliver inclusive education, conduct remedial sessions, and build strong school-community engagement. This is a field-based role ideal for passionate educators and community workers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 5 weekly sessions (3 hours each) on literacy, numeracy, life skills, and SEL
- Support children with disabilities using inclusive teaching and assistive tools
- Engage with teachers, parents, and community members to promote inclusion
- Track progress and maintain detailed records of each child
- Submit monthly reports and participate in reflection meetings

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
