Monitoring and resolution of data change requests (DCRs) & resolve the data issues through analysis
- Resolve data duplication, matching/merging the records based on the agreed business rules
- Periodic review of DQ reports on master & transactional data sets for resolution to reported anomalies, coordinating with data owners
- Work in collaboration with internal and client’s team to address key business problems and needs of the Commercial side of the Pharma business
- Directly perform analysis of data acquired into Data Lake / data warehouse using analytical tools to answer business questions
- The responsibility include stakeholder management, request handling, reporting on duration to respond and close the service requests at different levels

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Master data management business processes
- MDM (Reltio like) platform skills around data stewardship
- Experience in Life sciences master data domain knowledge - Customers (HCP/HCO), Product (Brand, Indication etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Overall experience of 3-5 years in the Customer Services role in the analytics / consulting space. - Bachelor’s Degree (Computer science, Engineering or other technical disciplines) - MBA - Good to have
