**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Collect, process, and manage data from various sources to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and maintain databases and dashboards for efficient data storage and retrieval.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Create visual reports, charts, and presentations to effectively communicate findings.

**System Monitoring and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the smooth functioning of MIS software and systems, addressing any technical issues promptly.
- Identify and implement system upgrades or improvements to enhance data processing capabilities.

**Process Optimization**:

- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for data collection, reporting, and analysis.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Train team members on using MIS tools and systems as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong knowledge of database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:
