Production Quality Control Assistant

Finesse Inc is a B2B western bridal gown designing and manufacturing company located in Bangalore. A quality control assistant in Finesse Inc typically needs to have a good eye for detail and an understanding of manufacturing processes and standards. Also to ensure that the products manufactured by the company meets the required quality standards and specifications of the client.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important, as the QC professional will need to work closely with the designing and production department within the company.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.Inspecting raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
2.Checking and verifying the accuracy of measurements and specifications, such as size, color, and design.
3.Conducting tests and inspections during various stages of production to ensure that quality standards are met.
4.Identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from the quality standards to the relevant departments.
5.Collaborating with production and design teams to improve processes and products.
6.Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7.Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
8.Maintaining records of all quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and reports.
**Requirements**:
Education - Bachelors in Fashion designing /Textile technology
Technical skills - knowledge about types of fabrics,trimmings and different production methods
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,787.60 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
