**Job Description**:
**1. Officer - Quality Assurance**:
Minimum Experience 1 to 4 yrs. In Quality Assurance/ (Preferred Pharma)

Education - Minimum B.Sc In Chemistry

CTC Offered - Rs. 15000 to 25000 pm

Location - Dahej, Gujarat.

JD- As attached format.
- Distribution / Issuance of BMR’s, Master Formulae, SOP and Formats to the respective department.
- Assist to Preparation of all SOPs, Logbook, Calibration Record, Temperature Records, and Formats as per criteria.
- Collection of control samples, semi-Finished Sample and Stability sample.
- Follow the Compliance of SOPs.
- Maintaining and updating of Batch Manufacturing Record.
- Preparation, Issuance & control of Label for finished intermediates.
- To give line clearance at the time of Product changes over in production area.
- Adhere to Quality Policy, Safety Policy and Environment Policy.
- Assist to Handling of CAPA, Deviation and Change Control.
- Co-Ordination with Production for all Validation Activities.
- Preparation of Process validation report.
- Assist to Preparation customer Questionnaire for Quality assurance.
- Review and Updating of Qualification Documents.
- Attending Training like Internal and cGMP Program as per schedule.
- Reporting to Q.A. / Q.C. Manager
- Performing any other assignment delegated by HOD.
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary
