**Roles and Responsibilities**

The Network Engineer shall be responsible to perform PDAS/ ADAS (active/passive DAS), Repeaters, RDS and Small cell design in projects assigned. Shall work independently and collaborate with the team to deliver projects efficiently. Should be able to provide solution to complex problems and lead discussions with customers (internal/external). Should be willing to travel within and outside India based on the project requirements.

**Required Skillset**
- Strong knowledge of **GSM, WCDMA, and LTE** network Design concept
- Working knowledge of 5G design would be an added advantage.
- Ericsson Radio system product knowledge (**Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS, e**tc)
- Product knowledge on 3PP PDAS components
- **Should have hands-on experience in PDAs In-building Design**:

- **Mandatory to have working knowledge on the iBwave tool**.

**Experience**
- Should be familiar with Indoor Radio network Design and Planning principles
- Prepare tapping diagrams and BoQ for IBS implementation
- Familiar with indoor system passive/active components: Splitters, couplers, combiners, attenuators, etc.
- Should be familiar with interpreting results of walk test
- Should be able to analyze walk test log files using TEMS or any other similar tool.
- Should be familiar with Propagation losses, link budget, RF Components placements, Designing Distributed Antenna Systems, Coverage Prediction, 3D modeling of buildings/Venues in the planning tool
