**Job Description**:
Job Role & Responsibilities

1) Development Approvals

TILR or Private Survey with Possession

Permission /NOC from Gram panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, ZP

Development permission and Extension and Modifications

Extension permission and put to use

Zone Change and premium

Unauthorized development (construction)

Master Plan/Building Approval (MIDC/Collector) and modifications

Exemption of development charges

ILP Sanctions and approvals

Tree cutting permission

Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) Approval

Power (electricity) Approval

Environment Clearance (EC) Approval

Water provision and permissions

Road access permission from PWD/ZP/NHA

Fire NOC/permission

NA, Sanad & change use

Amalgamation of land parcel and sub-division of Plots

Knowledge of DCR & MRTP Act

Litigation under MRTP Act

And follow-up with liaison team and government authorities

2) Follow up with liaison team for Land records, Post Registration (New Mutation & 7/12 Extracts)

3) Basic knowledge about revenue record and Land regulating acts in Maharashtra and procedures

4) Basic knowledge about liaison and procedure in for work in the Talathi Office, Circle Office and Tahsildar Office

5) Land Identification & Analysis of Land Records

6) Title Search, Title Certificate and Due diligence

7) Tenancy & Burden Clearance on 7/12

8) Land Acquisition Documentation & Registration Status, update area statements

9) Fragmented Land effect removal from 7/12 extract

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday Off) | 10.00am to 06.30pm

Note - We have an 18 month bond compulsory.
