**Role Description**

The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics creation tasks on a day-to-day basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review raw footage and organize clips in a cohesive sequence.
- Edit videos to ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance videos.
- Synchronize video and audio tracks, adjust sound levels, and integrate music or voiceovers.
- Perform color correction and grading to improve video aesthetics.

**Qualifications**
- Video Editing, Video Color Grading, and Motion Graphics skills
- Experience in Video Production and Graphics creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in the social enterprise or sustainability sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
