**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and documentation.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze problems and think critically to solve them.
- **Basic Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of software development processes and software testing methodologies (manual testing).
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing practices

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning**: Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- **Bug Reporting**: Report defects found during testing, track their status, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- **Automation Testing**: Learn and assist in automating repetitive test cases using industry-standard tools (training will be provided).
- **Regression Testing**: Execute regression tests to ensure new changes or updates don’t impact existing functionalities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest improvements in testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce defects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
