têxtile designer creates designs for fabrics and apparel, and oversees the production of those designs. They may also be involved in product development. Responsibilities Design: Create original designs for knitted, woven, and printed têxtiles Sketching: Create sketches and sample designs Color: Develop color palettes that match the design vision and target audience Production: Oversee the production of designs, including printing, weaving, and dyeing Quality: Establish and enforce quality control standards Communication: Present designs to customers, and collaborate with other departments Trends: Stay informed of market trends and consumer preferences Portfolio: Maintain a portfolio of designs Skills and qualifications A bachelor's degree in fashion design, têxtile design, or a related field Proficiency in design software programs Knowledge of fabrics, colors, and styles Understanding of têxtile production processes Strong drawing and illustration skills Patience for extended work hours Effective communication skills Resilience and persuasive abilities Textile designers may also attend and exhibit designs at trade fairs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
