**About the Role**

**Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inquiry Management**
- Communicate effectively with prospects to drive participation in free or paid orientation sessions.
- Make confirmation calls, send reminders, and follow up to ensure attendance.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

**Registration & Conversion**
- Assist participants during orientation sessions and manage on-site registrations.
- Build rapport with attendees, address their queries, and ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up for fee payments and convert interested leads into confirmed participants.
- Reconnect with absentees to reinvite them for future sessions.

**Referral Generation & Engagement**
- Develop strong relationships with students and participants to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with faculty on post-workshop engagement activities.
- Explore promotional opportunities such as introductory sessions in homes, schools, and colleges.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online tools.
- Enthusiastic about learning and personal development.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred; motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
