Position : Mechanical Draftsman

Location : Chakan, Pune

Qualification : ITI

Experience : 3-4 yrs

Salary : Upto 3LPA

MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN:
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for static equipment, process/plants, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) Solid works tools.
- Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
- Position instructions and comments onto drawings.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
- Lay out and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
- Confer with customer representatives to review schematics and answer questions pertaining to installation of systems.
- Draw freehand sketches of designs, trace finished drawings onto designated paper for the reproduction of blueprints and reproduce working drawings on copy machines.
- Must have knowledge of solid modelling & surface modelling use solid works.
- Drafting of the Pressure vessel, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, and all other process equipment in 2D drafting software.
- Drafting of the platform & ladders of structure, dome roof and any other structural members.
- Strong knowledge of 3D software & 2D AutoCAD drawing.
- Should understand Shop Drawing to create 3D models. Must work as a team member.
- Must have knowledge of development drawing with cutting layout.
- Must have knowledge of Assembly modeling, part modelling and surface modeling.
- Sheet metal modelling gives added advantage.
- Get to work with best minds for problem - solving.
- Must have knowledge on agitator design drafting & basic calculations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
