**Job Description: SEO and SMO Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with the design team to create content that aligns with the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.

**2. SEO**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact keywords for content optimization.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and click-through rates.
- Create and optimize meta tags, headers, and other HTML elements for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve website traffic, user experience, and overall SEO performance.

**3. SMO**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, interactions, and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to expand reach and achieve specific marketing goals.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content, SEO, and SMO efforts using relevant tools and platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continually improve strategies and achieve better results.

**5. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and SMO.

**Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and running social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SMO principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
