**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Design Creation**:

- Use computer-aided design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or specialized fashion design software) to create digital garment designs based on customer requirements, sketches, or reference images.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications, including flat sketches, pattern pieces, and construction details.
- **Pattern Development and Modification**:

- Translate garment designs into pattern templates using CAD software, considering factors such as fabric drape, grain direction, and seam allowances.
- Modify existing patterns as needed to achieve desired fit, style, and functionality, incorporating feedback from design and production teams.
- **Digital Prototyping and Virtual Sampling**:

- Generate digital prototypes and virtual samples of garments to visualize design concepts and evaluate fit, proportion, and overall aesthetics.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to refine designs and make necessary adjustments before proceeding to physical sampling.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to understand design requirements, technical specifications, and production constraints.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design intent and feasibility.
- **Quality Assurance and Accuracy**:

- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of digital designs and patterns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in garment construction or pattern development.
- **Documentation and Version Control**:

- Maintain organized files and documentation of all digital designs, patterns, and revisions, ensuring version control and traceability throughout the design process.
- Create technical documentation and production packages for use by production teams and suppliers.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to team members on CAD software usage, best practices, and techniques for digital garment design and pattern development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CAD Specialist or similar role in the garment industry, with expertise in digital garment design and pattern development.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Lectra Modaris, or Gerber AccuMark.
- Strong understanding of garment construction techniques, patternmaking principles, and fit standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in digital design and pattern development.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design, apparel engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
