**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Piping Layout Design:

- Develop detailed piping layouts and designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
- Create 2D and 3D piping models using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like AutoCAD, PDMS (Plant Design Management System), or Plant 3D.
- Design and configure the arrangement of pipes, valves, fittings, and supports while optimizing space and considering future maintenance access.
- Coordination with Engineering Teams:

- Collaborate with process, mechanical, and structural engineers to integrate piping systems.
- Ensure compatibility between piping and other plant components.
- Piping Stress Analysis:

- Work with stress engineers to ensure the piping systems can handle thermal, pressure, and mechanical stresses.
- Suggest modifications to prevent issues like vibration or excessive stress.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation: Prepare and maintain the BOM for piping materials. Coordinate with procurement for timely material acquisition.
- Piping Specifications: Establish and maintain piping standards, ensuring adherence to national and international codes (ASME, API, ISO).
- Piping Isometric Drawings: Create isometric and spool drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Site Visits & Coordination: Conduct site visits and troubleshoot design or installation issues.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure design compliance with safety standards and project goals.
- Project Documentation: Maintain design reports, layout drawings, and project timelines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools, knowledge of piping materials, and industry standards (ASME, API). Familiarity with stress analysis and fluid dynamics.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Additional Skills: Experience with PDMS, Revit, or SmartPlant 3D. Understanding of construction practices.
