Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment, including turbines, pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, and piping systems.
- Carry out installation, alignment, and overhauling of rotating and static equipment.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate repair techniques.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and daily activity sheets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while performing all tasks.
- Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and other departments for shutdown jobs.
- Ensure availability of tools, tackles, and spare parts.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- 10th Pass with ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance work in a thermal power plant or industrial utility setup.
- Experience with 25MW+ power plant equipment is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
