**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with proven experience and attention to detail.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Greet the customers and staff around with a warm, positive, friendly, and exuberant attitude.

2. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.

3. Ensure the cleanliness of the Restaurant area and offices.

4. Be vigilant and inspect the Restaurant area and maintain it according to standards.

5. Protect and carefully use the equipment for cleaning.

6. Be attentive to every detail, and clean according to the required standard of Copperleaf Restaurant.

7. Follow the orders of the supervisors / manager and inform them on any damages, deficits and disturbances.

8. Patience is the key - Deal with customer / staff complaints requests with professionalism and patience.

9. Check stocking levels of all the material / liquids needed to clean the restaurant and give update on any lack.

10. Follow strictly the rules regarding health and safety mentioned by the Supervisors and according to standards of the restaurant.

11. Complete Dusting and polishing of furniture like tables chairs and other areas.

12. Clean and sanitize the Restaurant area, toilets, and sink.

13. Regularly Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area after every shift.

14. Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.

15. Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.

16. Keeping washrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.

17. Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.

18. Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.

2. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

3. Customer-oriented and friendly.

4. Prioritization and time management skills.

5. Working quickly without compromising quality.

6. Willingness to Learn new cleaning methods and how to use various cleaning equipment.

7. Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs.

8. Ability to take Criticism.

9. Listening Skills to make sure that they are meeting the needs of the customer for cleanliness and sanitation standards.

10. Good Customer Service skills.

11. Work with honesty, dedication, and high energy levels.

**Job Timings**:
Should be available to work between i.e.,10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Sunday with one weekly off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
