**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update records, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- **Support to Departments**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, such as preparing reports or handling specific projects.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 Month of experience in an office environment (preferred).
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Personal Traits**:
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
