**Location**: Remote
**Compensation**: Rs. 150-200/- per session
**Duration**: 1 Month (12 sessions, alternate days)
**Session Duration**: 60 minutes

**Role Overview**: As an OLC Teacher, you will lead 12 conversation sessions over one month, focusing on hesitation removal, confidence building, and communication enhancement. Your sessions will include group discussions, presentations, and engaging activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Sessions**: Conduct 12 conversation sessions to build participants' confidence in speaking English.
- **Group Discussions**: Prepare topics and vocabulary in advance for effective discussions.
- **Presentation Skills**: Guide participants through easy presentations with constructive feedback.
- **Engage and Motivate**: Create a supportive environment, encouraging all participants, especially weaker students.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and execute detailed lesson plans for each session.
- **Interactive Learning**: Use various methods to make sessions engaging and interactive.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in spoken English and communication skills.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, engagement, and lesson planning skills.
- **Technical**: Reliable internet, computer with webcam and microphone, and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
- **Qualifications**: Degree in English, Education, or related field preferred.
