**Job Title**:Back Office Executive - Dispatch**
**Location**:Nagpur**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule dispatches as per customer or client requirements.
- Maintain records of dispatched goods, including invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, transporters, and drivers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and handed over for each dispatch.
- Handle customer queries regarding delivery timelines and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during dispatches.
- Assist the dispatch team in resolving issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar dispatch or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (**Excel, Word**).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain-related fields.
- Familiarity with transport operations and route planning.
