**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Travel Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and book national and international travel itineraries for the CEO (flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas).
- Handle last-minute changes or rescheduling with efficiency and mínimal disruption.
- Maintain detailed travel calendars and expense reports.

**2. Administrative Support**
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and document filing in a timely and confidential manner.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with the admin team for CEO’s logístical needs.

**3. Communication & Liaison**
- Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure smooth communication flow across the executive office and other departments.

**4. Special Assignments**
- Assist with confidential projects, research, and data compilation as assigned by the CEO.
- Act as a coordinator for executive initiatives, off-sites, and review meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Prior experience in **travel coordination and administrative work** is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
