Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing **social media posts, packaging designs, branding materials, and digital marketing creatives**.
- Work on **live projects for real brands** across different industries.
- Create visually appealing content using **Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator**.
- Collaborate closely with the senior design and marketing teams.
- Take feedback positively and make timely revisions.
- Learn the design workflow, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
- Maintain professional work ethics, meet deadlines, and be punctual at the office.

Who Can Apply:
Freshers with **basic knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator** (training support will be provided).
Willing to work in-office at **Alpha In, Rajkot**.
Ready to put in consistent learning and creative effort.
Good attitude towards teamwork and feedback.

What You’ll Learn at Alpha In:

- **Real-time client project handling**.
- Design for **social media, packaging, logo, and branding projects**.
- Professional use of **Photoshop and Illustrator** for commercial design.
- Understanding design psychology and customer engagement techniques.
- Working in a **fast-paced, professional agency environment**.

Office Timings:
**10:00 AM - 7:00 PM** (Monday to Saturday)
**1-hour lunch break included**

Stipend (Training Phase):

- **6 Months**: ₹3,000 per month

(After completion, there is an opportunity for full-time placement based on performance.)

- This is a **learning-based internship turning into a full-time role** based on performance.
