**Job Title**: Facade Designer

**Location**: Hyderabad, India

**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

**Education**: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed facade design drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD tools.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create facade system layouts.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to provide practical and innovative facade solutions.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for facade elements (e.g., Aluminium, Glass, glazing systems).
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and building codes.
- Participate in design review meetings and offer technical input on materials, systems, and detailing.
- Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution of designs and address any design-related issues during installation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in facade designing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Rhino, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and fixing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with aluminum, glass, ACP, and stone facade systems.
- Exposure to international standards and practices in facade design.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
