**About the Role**

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of **Telecalling and Customer Sales Associate**. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to start or grow their career in **Banking Sales and Customer Service**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Axis Bank’s financial products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets with quality service delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Qualification**: Graduation (Any stream)
- **Age Limit**: 20 - 32 years
- **Languages Required**: Fluent in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**:
**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,500 CTC per month

- **Transport**: 2-way cab facility available (within 30 km radius)
