**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bank-Related Duties**:

- Visit the bank for official transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque collections, and document submissions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle cash or financial documents with responsibility and accuracy.
- Submit receipts and transaction details promptly to the accounts team.
- **Medical & Sample Transport**:

- Deliver frozen or time-sensitive samples to external labs or hospitals.
- Pick up or drop off blood units from blood banks, maintaining cold chain protocols as required.
- **Food Supply**:

- Deliver meals or dietary items to affiliated hospitals or patient care units as per schedule, maintaining hygiene during transport.
- **Internal & External Deliveries**:

- Transport files, reports, medicines, and supplies between departments or to external partners.
- Assist with minor purchases or deliveries as instructed by admin or operations teams.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries, transactions, and errands performed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th pass (preferred)
- Prior experience in a hospital or similar setting is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license (if operating a two-wheeler or hospital vehicle)
- Trustworthy and responsible, especially when handling cash or confidential materials
- Good communication and basic record-keeping skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Working Conditions**:

- May involve local travel between hospitals, banks, blood banks, and other facilities
