**JOB Description: Fitter ,Turner and Milling Machine Operator**

We are looking for **Fitter ,Turner and Milling Machine Operators** for our in-house requirements

**Dip/ITI FITTER/TURNER/MILLERS Can Apply**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Should be able understand the Engineering drawing.
- Should have knowledge in handling precision measuring instruments to Inspect and measure finished components and compare them with requirements.
- Carryout daily maintenance activities of machines to keep them in good condition.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Monitor machine performance during operation, adjusting feed and speed settings as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments to the machine as needed to correct any issues.
- Maintain machines by cleaning and lubricating them, changing worn or broken tools, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary repairs.
- Keep accurate records of machine settings, production output, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and materials used in the process
- Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
